Chocolat Blanc

Ingredients (for 2 persons)

  • 2 x 100 ml coffee
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g white chocolate

Preparation

  • Prepare some milk foam in a separate cup or glass and divide it between two glasses.
  • Melt the white chocolate over a pan of barely simmering water.
  • Prepare the coffee and stir into the melted chocolate.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the glasses through the milk foam.

Serving suggestion

Decorate with a few shavings of white chocolate.
