Ingridients (for 2 persons)
- 2 x 100 ml coffee
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g white chocolate
- Prepare some milk foam in a separate cup or glass and divide it between two glasses.
- Melt the white chocolate over a pan of barely simmering water.
- Prepare the coffee and stir into the melted chocolate.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the glasses through the milk foam.
Decorate with a few shavings of white chocolate.
